Wharf Dog (2018)
Often I find myself drawn to Maryland's Eastern Short. I love to watch the skipjack boats that go out into the Chesapeake Bay and cull for oysters. On one of those trips I saw this dog lying on the wharf awaiting his master who was out on the water. He must have heard the familiar sound of the returning boat because he became alert and anxious to greet the crew and his master. Completed 1998.
