Leitersburg

Many of the farms that I have painted over the years are in the Leitersburg area. This past winter, when I was leaving the area to come home, I was driving over the bridge at Mill Village and the scene ahead was the town of Leitersburg. I was struck by the mountain, the building reaching up among the trees, bright sunlight and cold winter day, and I knew I would do a painting of it.
