Highland Cattle on Black Rock Creek Farm
In a county where cows are mostly holsteins, herefords, and some guernseys, it is almost startling to come upon something so alien as Scottish Highland cattle. On a nearby farm there are a group of Highland Cattle and interestingly they are named after herbs and spices. So I have painted pictures of Rosemary, Sage, and Tarragon as well as the farm where they live.
