Blue Collar Worker

Most of the cows in this county on the dairy farms are Holstein or Brown Swiss. The soft browns and tans of the Brown Swiss have always been very much a pleasure to paint. The farmers here like Holsteins because of their milk production, and so there are very few of the less productive Brown Swiss. One farmer said \They don't produce as much, but I like to look at them.\" I agree."
